Product Description

Aladdin's 2X RNA Loading Buffer is used for loading RNA samples onto agarose, native, or denaturing polyacrylamide gels for electrophoresis. It contains a blue dye for visualizing the processes of loading and electrophoresis.This product can be used for electrophoresis of total RNA, small RNA, or purified special RNAs.To observe RNA, add nucleic acid dye to samples or gels prior to electrophoresis, or stain gels with nucleic acid dye after electrophoresis. We recommend using the NA-RED (EB upgraded products, 2000X) produced by aladdin.This product mainly consists of formamide, bromophenol blue, xylene blue, and EDTA.

Precautions：

RNAase is ubiquitous in surroundings. Please take extreme care to avoid RNase contamination during the use of this product. Wear a mask during the operation. After melting, make aliquots to avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Close the lid immediately after use to minimize the exposure of this product to air.Formamide is toxic. Please take protective measures while using this product.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use：

1. Mix the RNA sample with 2X RNA Loading Buffer at an equal volume.2. (optional) If sample denaturation is desired, boil the mixture at 70℃ for 5-10 minutes or at 95℃ for 1 minute to disrupt the RNA secondary structures, and immediately place the sample on ice. 3.
