Product Description	7-Methoxy obtusifolin (Compound 4) is a competitive tyrosinase inhibitor with an IC 50 of 7.0 μM In Vitro 7-Methoxy obtusifolin (Compound 4; 10 μM; 48 h) blocks α-MSH-induced melanogenesis in B16F10 cells. 7-Methoxy obtusifolin (10 μM; 48 h) inhibits melanin production by suppressing TRP-2 expression.
