Product Description | Products In Western Blot, in order to prevent non-specific adsorption between the blotting membrane and protein components (e.g. antibody IgG, etc.) in the detection system, which may lead to unclear results, it is usually necessary to seal the non-specific binding sites on the blotting membrane before incubation of the primary antibody. This product is based on BSA, together with other effective ingredients, can quickly and efficiently seal the excess binding sites on the membrane, reduce the generation of non-specific binding conditions, reduce the background, and is suitable for sealing all kinds of blotting membranes, and the operation is convenient and fast. In addition, this product is specially added with protein stabilizer to ensure stable and reliable sealing effect in each experiment. Caveat 1. Each time you use, you must ensure that the sealing solution will be completely submerged in the imprinted film, so as not to affect the sealing effect. 2. This product contains preservatives, please wear gloves for protection when handling. 3. This product is for scientific research only and cannot be used for human experimentation or human treatment. Procedure 1. The product does not need to be diluted, and can be used immediately after opening the cap. 2. After the transfer of the target protein is complete, place the blotting membrane into a container and add an appropriate amount of BSA Blocking Buffer (to completely cover the blotting membrane). 3. Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes to 2 hours, or overnight at 2-8°C if necessary. 4. Discard the BSA Blocking Buffer at the end of containment and proceed to Western Blot. |
