Neuromedin U receptors

Neuromedin U receptors are a class of G protein-coupled receptors that are activated by neuromedin U (NMU), a neuropeptide that is involved in the regulation of several physiological processes such as feeding behavior, energy homeostasis, and stress response. There are two known NMU receptors: NMUR1 and NMUR2.
