Immunoglobulin-like domain-containing proteins are a family of glycoproteins that contain a classical Ig antibody constant domain-like tertiary structure. The immunoglobulin-like domain is present in immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, proteins of the MHC class I and II complex, and a number of T cell receptors.
