RNAi

RNA interference (RNAi) regulates gene expression through 20–24 bp RNA molecules called small interfering RNAs (siRNAs). siRNAs mediate sequence degradation of target messenger RNA (mRNA) through a mechanism involving Dicer, RISC complex and Argonaute proteins.
