B Cells
B lymphocytes can also be referred to as B cells, which are multipotent stem cells derived from bone marrow. B cells can differentiate into plasma cells under the stimulation of antigen, and plasma cells can synthesize and secrete antibodies, mainly performing humoral immunity of the body.
