Immune System Diseases

Immune system diseases are conditions in which the immune system doesn’t work as it should. Disorders of immunity include immune deficiency diseases, such as AIDS, that arise because of a diminution of some aspect of the immune response. Autoimmune diseases are another type of immune system disorder in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s healthy cells.
