Mast Cells

Mast cells, such particles in the blood, contain heparin, histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine. The particles and substances in the particles are released by cell disintegration, which can cause anaphylaxis (inflammation) in the tissue. Because of the contact of IgE antibody and antigen bound on mast cells, the cells are mostly collapsed.
