CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (PE) (Ab178873) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with MHC Class II Rat mAb (APC) (Ab187213) and either Armenian Hamster IgG (PE) (Ab191748; Left panel) or CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (PE) (Ab178873; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
