Flow cytometry analysis of CD34 expression by KG-1a cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD34 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab181106) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
