CD8 alpha Mouse mAb (Ab006838) - IHC
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD8 alpha with CD8 alpha Mouse mAb (Ab006838) at 1/400 dilution. The section was incubated with CD8 alpha Mouse mAb (Ab006838) for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
