Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue labelling Claudin 4 with Claudin 4 Mouse mAb (Ab096718) at 1/200 dilution. The section was incubated with Claudin 4 Mouse mAb (Ab096718) for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
