Product Description	Crisnatol (BWA770U) is an orally active and anticancer agent, and a member of the arylmethylaminopropanediol class of DNA intercalators. Crisnatol shows in vitro cytotoxicity against human breast cancer cells, but not normal human skin fibroblasts . In Vitro Crisnatol (1.3 μg/mL; 24-72 h) inhibits the replication of HepG2 cells, decreases cell viability by 35%. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. Cell Viability AssayCell Line: HepG2 cells Concentration: 1.3 μg/mL Incubation Time: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, and 126 hours Result: Inhibited cell viability at 48 hr.
