Title: Derrisin, a new rotenoid from Derris malaccensis plain and anti-Helicobacter pylori activity of its related constituents.

Abstract: A new rotenoid, derrisin (1), together with 10 known rotenoids (2-11) were isolated from the roots of Derris malaccensis Plain. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Nine of the isolated rotenoids (3-11) showed antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori.
