Abstract: Three new manzamine congeners (1-3) have been isolated from the Okinawan marine sponge Amphimedon sp., and the structures, including relative stereochemistries, were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Absolute configuration at C-16 of 1 was determined by modified Mosher's method.
