13. | ALA3887378 | B | In Vitro Inhibition Assay: The murine monocyte/macrophage cell line J774 is grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM), enriched with glutamine (2 mM), HEPES (25 mM), penicillin (100 ug/mL), streptomycin (100 ug/mL), 10% of fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 1.2% of sodium pyruvate.
