3. | ALA3885779 | B | Protein was prepared by dialysis for 24 hours against 1 liter of 30 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl and 0.5mM TCEP. The final protein concentration was determined by Bradford Assay. The final protein concentration in the sample cell was 50 uM. Ligand stock solutions of 10 mM in DMSO were diluted to 5uM concentrations with ITC buffer and adjusted to 2% (v/v) DMSO.
