Product Description	Direct Red 80 has been used as an ingredient in the preparation of saturated picric acid for immunohistochemical detection and quantitation of collagen in liver tissues.Other applications include：detection of amyloid；Sirius red-Van Gieson methods for quantitation of collagen using image analysis methods；counterstaining applications substituting eosin in alum hematoxylins.
