Product Description | DL-Laudanosine, an Atracurium and Cisatracurium metabolite, crosses the blood–brain barrier and may cause excitement and seizure activity. In Vivo DL-Laudanosine (Laudanosine) appears to be unique in its ability to produce cerebral stimulation in lightly anaesthetized animals and it is reported to cause arousal from anaesthesia in subconvulsive doses . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model: Male CFLP mice weighing 18-25 g, and male Wistar rats weighing 120-150 g. Dosage: 10-20 mg/kg. Administration: IV. Result: Caused convulsions and hind limb extensions. Form:Solid |
