Product Description
Aladdin's DNA/RNA Denaturing Loading Buffer (2X) is a 2x concentrated buffer for gel loading of DNA/RNA samples. After dilution to 1X, the buffer still has a high specific gravity and easily sinks into wells, and is clearly visible in blue.This product can be used for routine electrophoresis of double-stranded DNA and total RNA, as well as for electrophoresis of single-stranded DNA, DNA primer, small RNA, or specific RNA purified.This product is suitable for use with agarose /PAGE gels for denaturing DNA/RNA electrophoresis.Nucleic acid dye such as Aladdin's NA-Red (2000X) can be added in samples or gels before electrophoresis, or used to stain gels after electrophoresis.This product can be used in conjunction with the Biotin Northern Blot Kit or the Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) .This product is mainly composed of glycerol, bromophenol blue, and xylene cyanol.
Precautions：
Avoid RNase contamination during operation. Wear a disposable mask when using this product and minimize its exposure to air. This product should be immediately sealed after each use and repeated freeze-thaw should be avoided as much as possible. We also recommend to aliquot this product appropriately when using it for the first time.The formamide in this product is toxic, so please take protective measures when using it.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
Instructions for Use：
1.Mix the DNA or RNA sample with an equal volume of the DNA/RNA Denaturing Loading Buffer (2X), and mix well gently.2.For RNA samples, incubate the mix at 70°C for 5-10 minutes or at 95°C for 1 minute to disrupt the RNA secondary structures, then immediately place on ice. For DNA samples, incubate at 95°C for 5 minutes to fully denature the DNA, then immediately place on ice.3.Load and run the gel as usual.Related Products：Cat.
