DOTAP Transfection Reagent is a liposomal formulation of the cationic lipid DOTAP. DOTAP Transfection Reagent is used not only for DNA and RNA transfection, but yeast artificial chromosomes (YAC) as well, with or without serum. This transfection via DOTAP Transfection Reagent is between eukaryotic cells in iehter transient or stable gene expression. DOTAP Transfection Reagent is also suitable for other negatively charged molecules, including oligonucleotidees and glutamic acid.
