Principle

Micrography is a technique of taking an optical image of a sample being examined in the field of view of a microscope by means of a photographic device.

1. Installation and commissioning of micrographic devices.
2. Optical path adjustment of the microscope: alignment of the illumination beam with the optical axis of the microscope's optical system.
3. Load film.
4. Framing and focusing.
5. Exposure: 1/15 s (should be metered first: green light is on for correct exposure).
6. Black and white film processing: develop 3 min → stop display 10 sec → fixing 15 min → washing: 30 min of running water → drying.
7. Enlargement of printing: focusing on the scene → exposure → development → stop displaying 10 sec → fixing 15 min → washing: 30 min of running water rinsing.
8. Varnish shear.
