Shipping and Delivery
1、Fulfilled by Fedex , UPS and DHL
Items are offered, packed and shipped to you from an Aladdin Warehouse.
All Aladdin standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped domestically. International shipping may not be available for all items.
When we ship your order, we indicate the carrier company, shipping date and estimated delivery date on Your Account page and in the shipment confirmation email. You can track your package in Track Orders.
We handle all customer service and product returns for our items through our ticket system, you can submit a ticket when you have such request.
2、About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Aladdinsci.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
• Product category and price
• Shipping costs and package weight
• Customs clearance channel
• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Import Regulations
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.
3、Track Your Package
You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

1. Go to Your Orders or Track order.
2. Go to the order you want to track.
3. Select Order Shipments tabs in your order.
4. Select Track this shipment to view delivery updates.
Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Read more about our recommended actions on Late Deliveries.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't yet received it, you can submit a ticket on your order pages and choose Report Product issues of Request Type dropdown box, then choose missing or incorrect product from the dropdown box to find out which steps you can take.

4、Late Deliveries
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.
Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
• Incorrect address
• Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
• Severe weather conditions
• International customs procedures
The recommended actions are:
1. Track your package and confirm estimated delivery date in Your Orders.
1. Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date and add delivery instructions to Your Order.
2. Check payment processing in Your Orders.
3. Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.
