Biological buffer: the unusual amongst the usual
As a common reagent in the pharmaceutical field, biological buffer plays a crucial role in the process of regulating environmental acidity and alkalescence. With the need of epidemic prevention and control, biological buffer as a laboratory routine supplies in the fight against COVID-19 has also given full support, it is widely used in COVID-19 testing, vaccine production, kit manufacturing, cell culture, scientific research and quality control.
Our passion
The production, manufacture, and storage of mRNA vaccines against COVID-19, which are now widely administered worldwide, is largely a function of biobuffers1. As one of the zwitterion buffers, Tris-HCl has become an essential part in the formulation of mRNA vaccines. For the design and production of mRNA vaccines, Tris-HCl buffer was used as the eluent for protein purification 2. Another example is the use of Tris-HCl as an excipient for mRNA vaccines provided by Moderna, because Tris-HCl is a hydroxyl radical scavenger that stabilizes nucleic acid macromolecules, ensuring storage quality of mRNA vaccines and avoiding inactivation of active components 3.
Our faith
While pharmaceutical institutions and scientific research institutions around the world are actively responding to the epidemic, Aladdin has never been slack, and continues to develop and produce high-quality, multi-choice, timely supply of bio-buffer reagents for universities and corporate customers in need. We are always willing to make our own contribution to the society on the road of fighting the epidemic and create products with social value with love.
To meet a wide range of customer needs, Aladdin® offers ultra-pure, molecular, culture-grade, medical-grade products that can be adapted to a wide range of experimental scenarios, with a wide range of packaging gradients to choose from.
