Instructions for ready to use CE membrane dialysis bag
1、 Technical parameters of membrane:
Biotechnology CE membrane (cellulose ester membrane), without pretreatment before use; The content of heavy metal ions and sulfides is trace level, 0.05% sodium azide anti-corrosion storage solution is used after washing with distilled water; The CE membrane of biotechnology can only withstand neutral environment, weak acid, weak base or mild alcohols, and contact with strong polar organic solvents will damage the CE membrane; The biotechnology CE membrane can only be used between pH 2-9 and temperature 4-37 ° C. It is recommended that neither the sample solution nor the buffer solution should use organic solvents, which are easily damaged in case of organic solvent bags. If organic solvents must be used, it is recommended that a few centimeters dialysis bag be used for preliminary tests.
2、 Storage conditions:
The dialysis membrane was immersed in the storage solution and sealed at 4-37 ° C. It is recommended to store it in a sealed refrigerator at 4 ℃.
3、 Usage of dialysis bag:
1. Wear gloves first, and cut the dialysis bag into small sections of appropriate length (about 10cm). The length can be as required, but there must be enough containers to contain it.
2. Thoroughly clean the dialysis bag with distilled water, hold both ends slightly with hands, and check whether there is any leakage bag. The dialysis bag preservation solution contains preservatives, which can inhibit active substances. It should be rinsed repeatedly with distilled water (pure water or deionized water) for at least three times, and it is better to soak in distilled water for 30 minutes before use.
3. The unused dialysis membrane shall be put back into the storage solution and sealed for storage. Gloves must be worn when contacting the dialysis membrane.
4. During use, one end is clamped with a dialysis bag clamp. After being filled with water, pressure is properly applied with your finger to check that there is no leakage. The other end is also repeated again to avoid that the clamp is not tight enough. Then fill the sample, usually leaving one third to one half of the space to prevent the bag from bursting due to excessive water and buffer solution entering the bag during dialysis. After the sample is loaded, the bag mouth is clamped with a clamp to conduct dialysis. In order to speed up dialysis, magnetic stirrer can be used in addition to replacing the dialysis buffer for many times. The container for dialysis should be larger, and large beakers, large cylinders and plastic buckets can be used. The dialysis time can be determined according to the sample concentration, or overnight dialysis. The dialysis time should be 24 to 48 hours. Hang the dialysis bag with a line to keep the bag in suspension, which can also accelerate the dialysis speed.
