Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab115835) - IF IF analysis of beta Tubulin (red) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Tubulin Mouse mAb (Ab155823) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab115835) conjugated with biotin at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at a dilution of 1/200 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab115835) - Flow Cytometry Flow analysis of beta Actin (red line) in Jurkat cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes. Cells were stained with beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) at 1/5000 dilution for 1 hour at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab115835) conjugated with FITC (Fluorescein isothiocyanate) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark . Unlabeled sample (black line) was used as a negative control.
