Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab156253) - IF IF analysis of beta Tubulin (red) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Tubulin Mouse mAb (Ab155823) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab156253) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at a dilution of 1/200 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab156253) - ELISA Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab156253) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of Mouse IgG (Ab170221). A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab156253) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
