Product Description

Aladdin's Immunol Fluorescence Staining Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer can be used for dilution and preparation of fluorescently labeled secondary antibodies during immunofluorescence staining. The main active ingredients in this product are BSA, detergent and secondary antibody stabilization reagent, which are diligently optimized to reduce non-specific bindings of secondary antibody as well as enhance the stability of diluted secondary antibodies. The fluorescently labeled secondary antibody diluted in this product can be stored at 4ºC for at least six months, and can be reused multiple times in immunofluorescence staining to save antibodies.

Precautions

To enable the antibody to be reused multiple times, we recommend performing the binding reaction between the antibody and the protein membrane at 4ºC as much as possible to slow down the degradation of the antibody. This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use

1. Dilute the fluorescently labeled secondary antibody at an appropriate ratio (e.g., 1:1000 and 1:500), according to manufacture's instructions of the antibody used and the content of target protein in samples. The diluted secondary antibody can be recovered and stored at 4ºC for later use in Immunostaining.2.
