Aladdin's Immunol Staining Wash Buffer (10X) can be used for washing during immunostaining assays such as Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry (IC). Proper washing can reduce the background and enhance the signal-to-noise ratio.This Immunol Staining Wash Buffer contains Triton X-100 and can permeate cell membranes. Cell or tissue samples treated with this product can be used for the detection of target proteins in cells, including those in cell plasma and nucleus.
Precautions：
The Immunol Staining Wash Buffer (1X) is recommended to be stored at 4℃, valid for up to 1-2 months, or at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
Instructions for Use：
1. Dilute the Immunol Staining Wash Buffer (10X) to 1X in a cylinder with deionized water or distilled water, and mix well. The unused Immunol Staining Wash Buffer (1X) is recommended to be stored at 4℃ and should be used within 2 weeks. If any abnormalities such as turbidity or precipitation are found in the wash buffer, it should be discarded.2. After fixation, primary antibody or secondary antibody incubation, add a small amount of Immunol Staining Wash Buffer (1X) to cover samples and wash with slow shaking for 5 minutes. Repeat washing twice. Then proceed to subsequent step.3. Washing can also be performed without shaking. In the case of immersion washing, repeat washing 4-5 times for 8-10 min each. If the background of the immunostaining result is high, increase the number of washes or extend the washing time appropriately, which usually does not have negative effect on immunostaining results.4.
