Aladdin's Immunol Staining Blocking Buffer can be used to block sections or cell samples to reduce the background and enhance the signal-to-noise ratio in immunostaining assays.This product contains an appropriate amount of Triton X-100 and can permeate cell membranes. Cell samples treated with this product can be used to detect target proteins in cytoplasm, nucleus, and organells.The main active ingredients of this product are BSA and detergent. This product has been diligently optimized to effectively block non-specific protein binding sites on samples and reduce non-specific bindings of primary and secondary antibodies.This product can be used for primary antibody dilution, but it is better to use Aladdin's Immunostaining Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer or UltraBio™ Immunostaining Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer .For the comparison and selection of Aladdin's blocking buffers, please refer to http

Precautions：

Usually blocking at room temperature for 60 minutes is sufficient. For some antibodies producing high background, samples can be blocked overnight with this product at 4℃.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use：

1. For sections or cell samples, wash once with Immunostaining Wash Buffer after fixation (note: paraffin sections need to be dewaxed first), then block with Immunostaining Blocking Buffer for 60 minutes with shaking gently. If the sample is easily dislodged during shaking, it can be blocked without shaking, which will be slightly less effective, but will meet the routine requirements. Once the blocking is completed, subsequent operations such as primary antibody incubation can be performed.2.
