Aladdin's Immunol Staining Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer can be used for dilution and preparation of primary antibodies during Immunostaining. Its main active ingredients include BSA,detergent and primary antibody stabilization reagent, which are diligently optimized to reduce non-specific bindings of primary antibody as well as enhance the stability of diluted primary antibodies. The diluted primary antibody in this buffer can be stored at 4ºC for more than 1 month and can be reused for Immunostaining.

Precautions：

To enable primary antibodies to be reused multiple times, we recommend performing the primary antibody incubation at 4ºC to minimize the degradation of primary antibodies.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use：

1. Dilute the primary antibody with this product at an appropriate ratio (e.g., 1:500 or 1:1000) according to manufacture's instructions of the antibody used and the content of target protein in samples. The diluted primary antibody can be recovered and stored at 4ºC for later use in Immunostaining.2.
