Basic Description

SynonymsITO, ITO coated slide, rectangular
Specifications & Puritysurface resistivity 15-25 Ω/sq, Glass slide for loading
Product Description

Indium tin oxide (ITO) is widely used as transparent conducting oxides. Its major characteristics are electrical conductivity, optical transparency and the ease to be deposited as films. ITO coated glass has a sheet resistance of 16Ω/cm 2 .

Application

ITO coated glass slides were used as substrates for barium vanadate films, α- and β-Fe 2 O 3 nanostructures. The product was used in a study of photoelectrical properties of spin coated polyphenylene films. Poly(N-vinylcarbazole) was spin coated onto the substrate to form a light emitting layer towards the fabrication of light emitting diode (LED).
