Mcl1-IN-1 (Compound 1) is a Mcl-1 inhibitor, which demonstrates good Mcl-1 inhibition (IC 50 =2.4 µM) with no appreciable inhibition of Bcl-xL at 100 µM. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
