Product Description | Products Normal serum is now widely used as a containment and protection reagent in immunological assays. The use of normal serum sealing can pre-saturate the physical adsorption sites of protein substances on tissue sections, thus greatly reducing the non-specific adsorption of antibodies on tissues. This sealing solution is made of high quality normal goat serum, with stabilizers and protein protectors, which can effectively seal the sites on the tissue that can bind to the antibody non-specifically, thus reducing the non-specific staining of the IHC experiments and significantly reducing the background. Caveat 1. If the primary antibody used is of goat origin (Goat anti-), please avoid using this blocking solution as it may cause more non-specific coloration. 2. Calculated by adding 1 drop (about 50 μl) to each slide, 10 ml can make 200 slices. 3. In order to obtain the best results of the experiment, please adjust the optimal amount to be used according to the experiment. 4. This product is only used for diagnosis and scientific research, and cannot be used for human experiment or human treatment. Procedure 1. Routinely process samples such as paraffin or frozen tissue sections or cell crawls to be tested. 2. Appropriate amount of endogenous peroxidase sealing solution was added dropwise, incubated for 10 minutes at room temperature, and washed well with PBS. 3. Add appropriate amount of normal goat serum working solution for containment (immunohistochemical containment solution) dropwise, incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature and shake dry. 4. Perform subsequent IHC staining steps such as primary antibody incubation. |
