Nickel(II) perchlorate hexahydrate may be used in the synthesis of tris(2,2′-bipyridylamine)nickel(II) perchlorate and 4,7,7-trimethyl-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzopyran-2(H),5-dione.


Application:

Nickel(II) perchlorate hexahydrate is used as a starting material for homometallic, trinuclear heteroscorpionate complexes applied in studies of electronic and magnetic properties.
