Order Placement & Associated Charges

Registration on our website is open and complimentary to qualified Subscribers. Subscribers can make purchases by selecting products and completing our electronic order form (“Order”). Aladdin charges are levied according to the terms stipulated in your written or online agreement with us or, if no such agreement exists, as per Aladdin's prevailing practices covering shipping, handling, and applicable sales taxes.

All charges are transparently displayed before finalizing the order, ensuring Subscribers are well-informed prior to confirmation. Aladdin makes no claims or warranties regarding "most favored customer" pricing in the sale of products, emphasizing clarity and fairness in all transactions.

 

Product Delivery Process

1. General Procedures: 
Subscribers understand that all products ordered via our website will be shipped by Aladdin through our Designated Shipper to the specified delivery location, FOB Destination. We do not ship to post office boxes.
2. Availability and Substitution: 
We strive to ensure accurate inventory availability on our website. However, situations may arise where products marked as available are not in stock at the time of shipment. In such cases, we will notify the Subscriber promptly with an estimated shipment date. Aladdin reserves the right to provide equivalent substitute products. Subscribers can return substituted products at no charge, adhering to our return policy. If products are unavailable, Aladdin may deliver available items in installments and bill separately. Subscribers can cancel delayed items within 48 hours of delay notification, provided they haven't been shipped.
3. Order Tracking: 
Once an order is placed, Aladdin will generate and share a tracking number immediately, allowing Subscribers to monitor the status of their shipments through our website.

Liabilities and Acknowledgments:

  • Delayed Shipments & Product Availability: If the order cannot be fulfilled by the next business day, Aladdin will inform the Subscriber and provide an estimated shipment date. A lack of response to delay notifications is considered acceptance of the new shipment date. Aladdin's responsibility is to inform and update the Subscribers about product availability and shipment delays, holding no liability for late shipments or unavailability of products.
  • Delivery Terms: Aladdin and our suppliers strictly adhere to the specified delivery location, not catering to post office boxes.

Notification and Updates:
Aladdin aims to maintain open communication regarding any unforeseen changes or delays, prioritizing customer awareness and satisfaction.

 

Product Acceptance and Inspection Procedures

Upon receiving products, it is crucial for Subscribers to promptly inspect the items and notify Aladdin of any discrepancies, shortages, defects, or damages, either in writing or online through tickets, retaining the goods until receiving further instructions from Aladdin regarding the next steps. Failure to inform Aladdin within five (5) days from the receipt of the products will result in the products being deemed compliant with the provided terms and irreversibly accepted by the Subscriber.

Payment Procedures and Policies
Aladdin processes payments automatically for all orders. If Subscribers don’t maintain an adequate balance in their accounts, Aladdin will charge the authorized credit card account provided by the Subscriber. Payments include the price of the products, applicable shipping charges, and taxes, as reflected at the time of order placement.

Payments are due immediately upon the provision of ordered Products to the Designated Shipper unless otherwise agreed in a written or online contract with the Subscriber. Invoiced amounts unpaid within thirty (30) days are subject to interest at the highest lawful rate, accruing monthly until paid in full. All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.
