PD-L1 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab185189) - Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of PD-L1 expression by MDA-MB-231 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with PD-L1 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab185189) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
