The key enzyme activity provider in Pectinex UF is polygalacturonase hydrolysis in pectin and other 1,4- α- D-galactosiduronic bond pectin and other polygalacturonic acids. enzyme activity: 3300 PGNU/g Approximate density value: 1.17g/ml PH value: pH 3.5-5 Pectinex UF is a brown liquid with a slight fermentation odor. The color varies depending on the batch, and the depth of the color does not represent the level of enzyme activity. This product is not a genetically modified organism. Enzyme products are produced through microbial fermentation, but microorganisms do not remain in the product. The microorganisms used for production have not been improved using modern biotechnology. Enzymes are a type of protein. Inhalation of enzyme powder or suspended particles may trigger allergies and may lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
