Product Description

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) is an isotonic buffer solution. This water-based salt solution is made up of disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride and, in some preparations, potassium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. PBS is generally used in biological research.Phosphate buffered saline has been used in bis-benzimide accumulation assay. It has also been used for the dilution of capture antibody during α-hemolysin (Hla) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
