Product Description

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is a polymer of ethylene glycol units and is hydrophilic in nature. PEG has high hydration capacity and is structurally flexible. PEG has advantage as a drug conjugate due to biocompatibility and nonexistence of steric hindrances in its structure.
Application
Poly(ethylene glycol) has been used:
1,in the transformation buffer in yeast

2,as a constituent of dengue virus isolation buffer
3,for concentration of lentivirus particles
4,in the crystallization of herpesvirus nuclear egress complex (NEC)
