Product Description	Propargyl-PEG1-SS-PEG1-PFP ester is a Click Chemistry-ready crosslinker containing a propargyl group, a cleavable disulfide bond and a PFP ester. The propargyl groups can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield stable triazole linkages. The PFP ester is a better leaving group compared to a hydroxyl group and can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
