Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (Ab170451) - ELISA Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (Ab170451) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of mouse IgG (Ab170221) (3-fold started from 100 ng/mL). Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody was then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab136895) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.
Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (Ab170451) - ELISA Cross-reactivity of Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (Ab170451) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody was then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab136895) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA. For the batch tested, Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (Ab170451) showed a cross-reactivity with Human IgG when the dilution ratio of Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody is less than 1/64000.
