Sandwich ELISA - RBP4 protein standard curve
Human RBP4 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by RBP4 Mouse mAb (Ab176165) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (W291037). RBP4 Mouse mAb (Ab176170) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
