Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD10 with Recombinant CD10 Antibody (Ab006687) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab006687 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
