Recombinant CD3 Antibody (Ab006666) - IHC
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human vermiform appendix tissue labelling CD3 with Recombinant CD3 Antibody (Ab006666) at 1/200 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab006666 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
