Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD4 with Recombinant CD4 Antibody (Ab006671) at 1/400 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab006671 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
