Recombinant CD45 Antibody (Ab006747) - IHC
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD45 with Recombinant CD45 Antibody (Ab006747) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab006747 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
