Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD68 with Recombinant CD68 Antibody (Ab095183) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab095183 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
