Recombinant Human SIRP beta 1/CD172b Protein, ≥95% (SDS-PAGE), high purity
Synonyms
CD172 antigen like family member B; CD172b; CD172b antigen; DKFZp686A05192; Signal regulatory protein beta 1; SIRP BETA 1; SIRP beta 1 isoform 3; SIRPB1; SIRP-BETA-1
Purity ≥95% (SDS-PAGE) Endotoxin level <0.1 EU/μg Function The protein encoded by the SIRPß1 gene is a member of the signal-regulatory-protein (SIRP) family, and also belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. SIRP family members are receptor-type transmembrane glycoproteins which are known to be involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. SIRPß1 was found to interact with TYROBP/DAP12, a protein bearing immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs. This protein was also reported to participate in the recruitment of tyrosine kinase SYK. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Recombinant Human SIRP beta 1/CD172b Protein (rp167082) - Protein Bioactivity When Recombinant Human SIRP beta 1/CD172b Protein (rp167082) is immobilized at 1.0 µg/mL, Recombinant Human SP‑D binds with an ED₅₀ of 0.93 μg/mL.
Recombinant Human SIRP beta 1/CD172b Protein (rp167082) - SDS-PAGE 3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human SIRP beta 1/CD172b Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing the band at 45.0 - 55.0 kDa.
